FAQ

  • What is gel?

Gel is basically a liquid resin that hardens under UV/LED light. Once it’s cured, it gives you that glossy, scratch-resistant finish that’s stronger and longer-lasting than regular nail polish.

  • What are gel press-on nails?

They’re press-ons made with Apres Gel-X tips, hand-painted with high-quality gel polishes (including luxe Korean gels ✨). They look and feel just like salon nails but are super easy to apply at home with quick-drying nail glue.

  • How long do gel press-on nails last?

It depends on how you apply them! With good prep and plenty of glue, they can last a couple of weeks. If you use less glue, they’ll stay on for a few days and come off more easily when you’re ready to switch up your look.

  • Can I reuse them?

Yep! Just file off the leftover glue after removal, clean them with a little acetone or alcohol, and pop them back in their original box. You can usually wear them 2–3 times without losing shine or strength.

  • How do I find my size?

Getting the right size is key! The easiest (and most accurate) way is to grab our Sizing Kit—it takes the guesswork out. If you want to measure yourself, use one of the methods in our Measuring Guide and note your nail widths in millimeters when ordering. Still need help? Send us a message—we’re happy to help! 

  • What if the nails don't fit?

Given that the press-ons are handmade, refunds are not possible. For an ideal fit, consider ordering a Sizing Kit in your desired shape/length.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Currently, we only ship within the USA.

Made-to-order sets require 7–14 days of processing before shipment. If your order includes a made-to-order set, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the set is ready. Orders cannot be split into separate shipments.

Route Shipping Protection

We offer Shipping Protection by Route at checkout to give you peace of mind. When added to your order, Route covers packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen after delivery. Claims are handled quickly and directly through Route, often with resolution in just a few clicks and support available 24/7.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for postal delays.
  • Without Route, we are not liable for any loss or damage once your package is in the hands of the carrier. However, We’ll do all we can to help make things right.
  • Important: To protect both buyer and seller, all packages are documented with photos and videos during the packing process.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, personalized or handmade items (Made to Order sets, Ready to Wear sets and Sizing Kits). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
